PROMOTIONAL ITEMS |
- Orders over $50 receive a complimentary jewelry display.
- Orders over $150 receive two jewelry displays with a polishing
cloth.
- Orders over $200 receive a small velvet jewelry travel bag
with an additional jewelry display, gifts valued at $40.
- Orders over $250 also receive a large velvet jewelry travel
bag with an additional jewelry display, gifts valued at $75.
- Additional promotional items may also apply to certain collections.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & BACKORDER POLICY |
Most orders at Ling’sHC will be filled and
shipped within two weeks of receiving the order
(special orders may take longer), however, we reserve
the right to hold an order if an item is out of
stock and expected back in a few days. Notification
of any delays will be sent via email.
- If you are completely unsatisfied
with the quality & workmanship of your Wearable
Art, you may return unused items or exchange
them within thirty days.
- Exchanges are only made for identical
items and are only accepted for damaged or incorrect
merchandise.
- A 15% restocking fee is required for returns;
